- For loosening up stiff joints, add 1-2 drops of rosemary essential oil to a basin of warm water (as hot as you can bear), and dip a small towel in it to make a warm compress. Apply the towel to the stiff joint for a maximum of 15 minutes, repeating the soaking whenever the towel cools.

- Keep out of reach of children.
