Mermaid's Purse - Other Notes

Using Bulgarian Lavender was a nostalgic choice - in October 2019 I spent some time in Bulgaria's beach holiday town of Varna before heading to a cosmetics conference in Berlin, and enjoyed my time there immensely. My intention was to visit a lavender farm and essential oil production facility near Varna, but it turned out to be too late in the year and the harvest season had already passed.
