Shipping policy
We will ship your orders within 2 working days of receiving your paid order, using a courier service of our choosing that will best serve your delivery area. Here is a rough guide to the delivery times which we have experienced so far:
- West Malaysia 1-4 working days
- East Malaysia 3-6 working days
- Singapore 3-10 working days
- Rest of World 3-15 working days
Customs Duties
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any import duties that may be levied on your parcel by your country's customs department. We do not entertain requests to amend invoice values.
Recycled Shipping Materials
We use rescued shipping materials that are kindly provided by our community of customers and colleagues, in keeping with our efforts to reduce packaging waste throughout the company.
